We have been made aware that certain unknown individuals/entities/organizations are unauthorizedly using the name and photographs of our founder and trustees, and the name and logo of The/Nudge Institute and/or The Nudge Foundation to impersonate or wrongfully claim association with The/Nudge Institute or The Nudge Foundation.
These unknown individuals/entities/organizations may falsely create similar looking/sounding domains, fake email ids, websites, seek donations, promise partnerships, grants, or other associations with us against payments of sums of money as nomination fee, security deposits or other fraudulent financial schemes. These parties may also collect and misuse personal information—such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and bank account details—without authorization.
Please note that anyone who chooses to engage or correspond with such individuals, entities, or organizations does so entirely at their own risk. The/Nudge Institute or The Nudge Foundation will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from, or related to, any communication, transaction, or interaction—by any means—with such fraudulent parties.
It is to be noted that all announcements and information emanating from The/Nudge Institute will be published on the official social media handles mentioned below. They are expressly advised not to place any reliance on any communications emanating from any channels other than the authorized media channels.
